Hi, I’m Taylor, known here as Cheetah Print Bucket Hat.

I’m an Alabama Southern woman in her 30’s (Ouch, that hurt to write) who is a single mom to a beautiful, wonderful, funny son who has Level 3 Autism.

I have a collection of hobbies that range from plants to multiple art mediums with tons of plants in the mix. I also have a collection of collections. I collect California Raisins, for example. I have Desert Storm trading cards, and a (kind of creepy) handmade ceramic of ET that I got at the thrift store. Everyone comments on his creepiness but I love him. I would absolutely describe myself as a collector of things, as well as hobbies.

I also dabble in making music. I say I dabble with a full Yamaha PA system in my kitchen. I am fluent in GarageBand, FL Studio, and Logic. I also have an Akai MIDI Pad. I think those things do point towards a lil dabbling in the musical arts. I’m no pro, but I do have nearly 2 TB of music and very obscure political samples.

Why did I name this blog Cheetah Print Bucket Hat?

Well, as you see in the photo above a girl in a Cheetah Print Bucket Hat. That’s me. That’s my hat. I love it but I never wear it because I don’t know how to style it. This blog started as a way for me to practice my writing and also explore my fashion growth. I will style this hat, damnit.

But, I love learning new things and want to re-enroll in a few different classes.
